Summer 2016 programs for kids

All programs are free. Only Mega-Mondays require tickets. No registration required for the others.

Professional entertainers every week at 10 a.m. and repeated at 1 p.m. All ages. Children 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited. Free tickets are required and are available at the Children’s Desk the Tuesday before each performance.

  • June 20: Randy Peterson, musician
  • June 27: “Peter Pan” by the Homeschool Performing Arts Club
  • July 4 (no program - library closed for the holiday)
  • July 11: Kay Elmsley-Weeden, bilingual storyteller
  • July 18: Dave Landau, musician
  • July 25: Jeff McMullen, magician
  • Aug 1: Pam Corcoran, puppeteer
  • Aug 8: Pint-Sized Polkas, musicians and dancers

Friday Flicks: 10 a.m., all ages, with snacks.

Storytimes resume on June 14 for toddlers (ages 2 and younger) and preschoolers (ages 3-5). Evening Storytime for all ages resumes June 15. See the full schedule at the Calendar.

Storytimes at the Farmers Market: 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays June 29, July 27 and August 31. For all ages. Outside at the Main Street Plaza (Main and Sheboygan streets).

Family Lego Nights: 6-7:30 p.m. Thursdays June 2, July 7 and August 4. For kids in kindergarten through fifth grade and their families.
