Open Door Artists offer 'Shelter' in April

Open Door Artists will present their 9th annual themed show April 5 to May 2 at the Fond du Lac Public Library Langdon Divers Gallery. The theme this year is Shelter. The public is invited to reception at the gallery 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 13. Refreshments will be served.

The group has its origin in an idea by local artist Nancy Donohue. She invited a small number of artists to join her for the rural-themed show. It was so successful that the group kept going and agreed to call themselves Open Door Artists.

The library’s gallery is a showcase for local and regional artists. The space is curated by volunteer artist Mel Kolstad, who can be contacted at [email protected].
