Dec 14 Memory Café tells a dog (and cat) tale or two

Persons with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease or other types of dementia, their caregivers and family members are invited to monthly Alzheimer’s Association Memory Cafés held at 1 p.m. usually on the fourth Thursday of the month at the Fond du Lac Public Library. The programs are free; no registration required. Each month features a new theme:

December 14 (note date change): Man’s Best Friend. Dogs, cats, fish, birds? Who have you shared your love with? Photos and stories of favorite pets are welcome. We’ll give our mind a workout developing a story in Once Upon a Story Time.

Memory Cafés are sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association; Legacies: Family and Organizational Historians; and the Fond du Lac Public Library. For more information about Memory Cafés or Alzheimer's disease, contact the Alzheimer’s Association 24/7 Helpline at (800) 272-3900.
