Make wooden ornaments Dec 9

Crafters will turn rustic slices of wood into lovely holiday ornaments at the 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Saturday, December 9, Crafternoon programs at the Fond du Lac Public Library. All supplies provided.

Crafters will use paint pens and permanent markers to draw winter scenes and write holiday sayings on the wooden discs to create ornaments ready for hanging. The two free programs are identical and open to adults and teens age 13 and older. Space is strictly limited. No walk-ins or under-aged children allowed. Registration is required and begins at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, November 25, at the Calendar.

The library’s 5-year-old Crafternoon program will get a slight facelift in 2018. Craftermornings will be held at 10 a.m. every third Saturday. Registration for the year’s first Craftermorning – Felted soap on January 20 – will open at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, January 6.
