Come in from the cold at Jan 25 Memory Café

Persons with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease or other types of dementia, their caregivers and family members are invited to monthly Alzheimer’s Association Memory Cafés held at 1 p.m. the fourth Thursday of the month at the Fond du Lac Public Library. The programs are free; no registration required. Each month features a new theme:

  • January 25: Baby It’s Cold Outside. Join us for an afternoon of indoor fun. Bring your favorite board or card game, have some hot cocoa or coffee and let’s stay warm.
  • February 22: It’s Not Leap Year. But Groundhog Day, Fat Tuesday, Ash Wednesday, Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Presidents Day and Purim all happen this February. Join us in a celebration.
  • March 22: April Fools Day Comes Early. Come with your favorite joke and be prepared to laugh (or groan).

Memory Cafés are sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association; Legacies: Family and Organizational Historians; and the Fond du Lac Public Library. For more information about Memory Cafés or Alzheimer's disease, contact the Alzheimer’s Association 24/7 Helpline at (800) 272-3900.
