Explore with inventive littleBits Mar 28

Drop in at the Fond du Lac Public Library’s Idea Studio for a casual evening of littleBits fun 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday March 28. littleBits are easy-to-use electronic building blocks that snap together to create all kinds of inventions – keyboards, flashing lights, buzzers and more. No soldering or knowledge of electronics or programming needed.

The drop-in program is open to all ages, but children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Idea Studio staff will offer examples and suggestions. Free; no registration required.

The Idea Studio makerspace is a permanent do-it-yourself zone in the library’s lower level with equipment to use for free and DIY programming. The Idea Studio is open 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Fridays and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. the second and fourth Saturdays of the month.
