Breads of the World at FDLPL


The Fond du Lac Public Library's 2017 Breads of the World series offers demonstrations of how to make a bread from a different part of the world at 6 p.m. every third Tuesday of the month in the Idea Studio.

The series is free, but space is limited. Registration is required and begins at 9:30 a.m. two weeks before each class online only at the Calendar.

Jan 17: India, paratha and chapati

Jun 20: Ethiopia, injera (Traditional injera is made with teff flour. A discussion during the Jun 20 class prompted this question to Bob's Red Mill company asking for clarification on their teff flour package label about substituting teff for all-purpose flour. Here is that email exchange.)
