Juana Montes-Hernandez will demonstrate how to make the traditional Mexican treat, Tres Leches Cake, at the 6 pm Tue Oct 15 Desserts of the World presentation.

Tres leches is a moist cake that gets its name from the three milks used to soak the sponge: evaporated milk, heavy cream and condensed milk. Attendees will get a taste of a finished cake and will receive copies of the recipe to take home.

The free program is for adults and teens 13 and older. Space is limited, and registration is required beginning at 9:30 am Tue Oct 1 at the Calendar.
