The Fond du Lac Public Library has set up Giving Trees at the downtown library and at FDLPL Express branch to collect donations of new hats, scarves, mittens, gloves and socks. Donated items will be accepted through December 23 and given to the Fond du Lac Salvation Army for distribution to local children.

The downtown library is located at 32 Sheboygan St.; FDLPL Express is located at 1125 E. Johnson St. in the Festival Foods shopping complex. For more information, call 920-322-3929.
