- Teen Art Contest: June 1-July 31. Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to submit original artwork that portrays the theme, Living Through History: My Quarantine Life, in the Fond du Lac Public Library’s new contest. Judges will award one grand prize ($250 Visa gift card) and second place. The public will vote for People’s Choice. The three winners will be framed and on display through July 2021 in the library’s Teen section. Find details on how to enter at fdlpl.org/teenart. Deadline is July 31.
- Teen Outdoor Photo Scavenger Hunt: At the beginning of each month, June, July and August, we’ll set five photo scavenger hunt assignments. Find them, snap them and send them to teens@fdlpl.org. Teens who submit all five will receive 10 extra entries in the Summer Reading @ the Library grand prize drawing at the end of the summer. Each teen is limited to one set of photos per month. Follow the scavenger hunt @fondylibraryteens on Facebook and Instagram. Emailed entries due no later than June 12. The June targets:
