Area artists will be featured during September virtual exhibit

More than 30 area artists will be featured during the September virtual exhibit, “Landscapes,” hosted by the Fond du Lac Public Library’s Langdon Divers Community Gallery.

Starting September 2, each of the artists will have one piece featured at www.facebook.com/LangdonDivers.

"Every year, I try to choose a broad theme for our community exhibit," said Mel Kolstad, volunteer curator for the Langdon Divers Community Gallery. "This year, because of the pandemic, it will be online only. But because no one had to travel to Fond du Lac to bring their work, we received submissions from a far wider area than we normally would have. So there's a plus side to having the work solely online."

The community exhibit will continue to be featured on the Facebook page through the month of September.
