Makers in Residence from the Idea Studio -- makers who appeared throughout the summer to offer their expertise — will be featured as the October exhibit for the Langdon Divers Community Gallery. 

These makers include Stacey Burkhart, Lora Vahlsing, Stephanie Leisering and Michaela Null, each of whom will be featured virtually starting Wednesday, October 7 at www.facebook.com/LangdonDivers.

Each maker will contribute several pieces to the October virtual exhibit, such as 3D soft sculptures, portrait collages and more.

“Every year, I am amazed by what our artists-in-residence create during their tenure in the Idea Studio,” said Mel Kolstad, volunteer curator for the Landon Divers Community Gallery. “This year, even with the major hindrance of the pandemic, these four tenacious artists still came through and brought thoughtful, clever ideas to the Langdon Divers Gallery for their final projects."

The Makers in Residence exhibit will be featured on the Facebook page through the month of October.
