Love BINGO? Then you will almost certainly love Lotería, a traditional card game enjoyed in Mexico and other countries.
Join the Fond du Lac Public Library as it hosts a virtual game of Lotería on Thursday, Aug. 12 at 6 p.m. via Zoom. Learn the meaning behind the colorful “tabla” images along with the simple steps needed to enjoy the game and win prizes.
Sign up to reserve your spot, then pick up your "tabla" from the library Aug. 1 to 7; this is your playing board. You will receive your Zoom link on the morning of the event.
To register for this program and others hosted via Zoom, visit calendar.fdlpl.org.
This is one of several virtual programs planned for the month of August, including:

- Aug. 11, 6 pm: Community Spotlight (Facebook Live at facebook.com/FDLPL): Join us for a presentation by a local organization.
- Aug. 17, 6 pm: Trivia Time! (Zoom)
- Aug. 24, noon-1 pm: Check ‘em Out Book Club (Zoom): Join us for a discussion of “Bitter Orange” by Claire Fuller.
