Not sure how to use a computer? Not comfortable with surfing the web? (Or know someone who isn't?)

A series of classes at the Fond du Lac Public Library during the month of October and November will help.

Individuals seeking computer help may stop in to the Fond du Lac Public Library on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. to noon during October and November in the McLane Room. Some of those sessions, Oct. 27 and Nov. 10, will offer drop-in assistance with no registration necessary; stop in any time to let FDLPL’s reference staff answer any computer questions.

Registration will be required for two other staff-led training opportunities:

  • On Nov. 3, become proficient on how to copy and paste items, as well as how to print.
  • On Nov. 17, learn more about different file types and how to attatch files to emails.

To participate in either the Nov. 3 or 17 program, call the library’s Reference Desk at 920-322-3930. Laptops are available to use if you don't have your own device.

For any of these in-person programs, masks will be required for participants.
