Crafting can be a great way to beat the summer heat, and the Fond du Lac Public Library is ready with two arts and crafts programs in July to give you a reason to get out of the sun.

On Monday, July 11, join one of the library’s most popular adult programs: the Evening Craft Class. The program, which begins at 6 p.m. in the McLane Room, will invite participants to create Decorative Pins and Barrettes. Create your own design to match your style! All supplies are provided; registration required at calendar.fdlpl.org; limited space available. Registration opens June 27.

The Fond du Lac Public Library’s newest craft program, Good-Natured Crafts, returns Tuesday, July 26 at 6 p.m. in the Idea Studio. Join us to make a welcoming and whimsical Fairy House to beautify your home garden. Register at calendar.fdlpl.org; space will be limited.
