Chapter 52 Bookstore will hold its annual Mega-Zine Sale January 7, 8, 9 and 12: bundles of magazines from 2016 will be 50 cents each. These will include such popular titles as Vanity Fair, Shape, Outdoor Life, Country Living, Sports Illustrated, Reader’s Digest and Wisconsin Sportsman.

The bookstore, located next door to the Fond du Lac Public Library at 52 Sheboygan St., is offering additional sales to start the New Year:

  • Saturday, January 12: Healthy Living Sale, buy one, get one free on all health, diet and exercise books. This sale complements the library’s Healthy Living Expo event the same day, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Saturday, January 26: Half off sci-fi and Western books.
  • Dot Mondays: Every item marked with a pink dot is half off every Monday in January.
  • Two for Tuesdays: Get two like used items for the price of one (some restrictions).
  • Senior Citizen Wednesdays: Half off all books for shoppers age 55 and older (some restrictions).

Chapter 52, FDL Public Library’s used-books-and-more store, is located at 52 Sheboygan St. The shop sells used books, movies, music and magazines for all ages at deep discounts, as well as unique bookish gift items.
