Build a bluebird nest box Apr 27

Learn all about the Eastern bluebird from biology educator Margie Winter – history, habitat, food sources – then build a nest box to take home at “All About Bluebirds” 10 a.m. Saturday, April 27, at the Fond du Lac Public Library. Adults and teens age 13 and older must register starting 9:30 a.m. Saturday, April 13, at the Calendar. A $3 per person supplies fee will be collected the day of the event.

Winter retired from teaching high school biology but now teaches the subject at Marian University. She's passionate about birds, prairies and native landscaping and serves on the boards of the FDL Audubon Society and Gottfried Prairie and Arboretum.
