All Fond du Lac Public Library programs March 16 through April 30 are canceled due to public health concerns amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Playtime Pals, 10-10:45 a.m. every Monday. For young children and their caregivers. It’s cold outside: meet every Monday for cozy indoor playtime fun. Free. No registration.
- Toddler Storytimes, 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. For ages 2 and under. Twenty minutes of Storytime followed by 20 minutes of play. Free. No registration.
- Preschool Storytimes, 10:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For ages 3-5. Thirty minutes of fun books, songs and more. Free. No registration.
- Registration starts March 6: Teddy Bear Sleepover, Friday, March 20, and Saturday, March 21. Kids ages 3-8 bring a stuffed animal at 5 p.m. March 20, listen to bedtime stories together and say goodnight. Come back at 10 a.m. March 21 to share a snack and see what happened overnight. Free. Co-sponsored by FDL High School Key Club. Registration begins at 9 a.m. Friday, March 6, at the Calendar, by calling 920-322-3940 or in person at the Children’s Desk.
- Half-Day Party, 1-3:30 p.m. Friday, March 6. For kids ages 6-12 and their families. Half day at school? Come hang out with us. Play bingo and watch “Abominable” (PG). With snacks. Free. No registration.
- DIY Pine Cone Bird Feeders, 1-3 p.m. Sunday, March 8. All ages. It’s been a long winter for our feathered friends. Drop in to make a bird feeder with pine cones, peanut butter and bird seed. Supplies provided. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Not appropriate for persons with peanut allergies. Free. No registration.
- Family Lego Night, 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 10. Kids in grades K-8 and their families are invited for a casual evening of Lego fun. With regular Legos and Duplos for younger kids. Just drop in. No registration.
- Teens’ Minute to Win It, 2-3 p.m. Saturday, March 14. For teens in grades 6-12. Based on the popular TV show, compete with other teams to complete fun, random and sometimes totally weird tasks in one minute. Free. No registration.
- Kids Create, 6-7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 26. Screen-free fun for the whole family. Drop in and have fun together making a birthday elephant noisemaker to take home. Supplies provided. Free. No registration.
