Learn to make Salted Caramel White Chocolate Cheesecake, a decadent version of the U.S. favorite at the 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, Desserts of the World demonstration program at the Fond du Lac Public Library. The free program is for adults and teens 13 and older. Space is limited, and registration is required beginning at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, at the Calendar.

Desserts of the World takes place every third Tuesday of the month, when local and regional foodies demonstrate and share recipes of desserts from different countries. Each program requires separate registration, which begins at 9:30 a.m. two weeks in advance of the program date. The upcoming schedule:

  • Jul 16: Spain with Gabriela Langholff
  • Aug 20: Haiti with Claudia Hawkins-Moise
  • Sep 17: Hungary with Maria Taivalmaa
  • Oct 15: Mexico with Juana Montes-Hernandez
