Visit the Langdon Divers Community Gallery in January to discover how the art educators of the Fond du Lac School District can do far more than teach students about art.

From Wednesday, Jan. 3 through Tuesday, Feb. 6, see “Beyond the Bounds: A gathering of personal artwork by art educators in the Fond du Lac School District.” Their work may be seen at the gallery located inside the south entrance to the Fond du Lac Public Library.

This exhibition showcases the creative talents of the Visual Arts department of the Fond du Lac School District. As teaching artists, these staff members are constantly finding new ways to help students express themselves, and that also pushes these educators toward new forms of expression.

An artist reception also is planned for Thursday, Jan. 11 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Langdon Divers Gallery.

The Langdon Divers Community Gallery is open seven days a week, whenever the Fond du Lac Public Library is open at 32 Sheboygan St. The gallery may be found off the atrium at the south entrance to the Main Library.
