Join the Open Door Artists of Fond du Lac as the group hosts its 13th-annual exhibit at the Langdon Divers Gallery from April 6 to May 3. The gallery is located inside the Fond du Lac Public Library.

Fourteen area artists provided pieces to the gallery based on the theme “Grounded,” with each artist interpreting the theme differently.

“It's so wonderful that, this month, Open Door Artists will be able to have their first in-person gallery exhibit since 2019,” said Mel Kolstad, volunteer curator for the gallery. “It'll be great to see what everyone created for the ‘grounded’ theme."

Members of this group include: Beth Campshure, Chris Dolan, Nancy Donohue, Kathryn Dreifuerst, Bonnie Federman, Debra Hellwig, Beth Kazda, Mel Kolstad, Nicci Martin, Pat Reiher, Michael Sergi, Alice Tzakais, Mary Wehner, and Wanda Yuhas Weller.

A public reception will be held Thursday, April 14 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Refreshments will be available.

The Langdon Divers Community Gallery is open seven days a week, whenever the Fond du Lac Public Library is open at 32 Sheboygan St. The gallery may be found off the atrium at the south entrance to the Main Library.
