Glorious Morning Muffins have pineapple, apple, raisins, walnuts, and carrots so they will fill you up until lunch. They also freeze well for those rushed mornings. Stuffed Spinach and Feta Cheese Scones (savory not sweet) are like a spinach pizza, and Pane Ripieno (Italian Stuffed Bread) is filled with bell pepper, eggplant, tomatoes, Italian Sausage, and cheese. Baked Stuffed Potato Bread is the perfect side to a pot of chili or soup.

  Pillsbury Bake-Off Prize-Winning Recipes 641.815 P646ba 2009.

Yes, you read that correctly. A gluten-free bread cookbook! Filled with tips and techniques, there are two flour mixtures which are adjusted to create peasant loaves, flatbreads, pizza, and pastries.

Cooking Light Way to Bake: the complete visual guide to healthy baking by Rachel Quinlivan 641.815 C7755 2011

Star Wars Galactic Baking: the official cookbook of sweet and savory treats from Tatooine, Hoth, and beyond. 641.815 Star 2021.

Recipes are labelled to indicate "Light Speed" prep time is 30 minutes or less, "Dark-Side" particularly rich and indulgent, or "Light-Side" on the healthier side. Who could resist Tatooine Sandies or Trash Compactor Monster cookies?

Weeknight Baking: recipes to fit our schedule by Michelle Lopez 641.815 Lopez 2019

When Michelle Lopez started her baking blog, "Hummingbird High," she was working more than 40 hours most weeks in finance as an analyst and then in tech as an engineer. Rather than use up her limited weekend time, she worked on trying to figure out where she could split up the steps within a recipe for time management and if there were substitutions that a well stocked pantry could provide. She has a terrific list of the Weeknight Baker's Tools & what one's pantry should contain along with delicious recipes like Modern Red Velvet Cake and Silkiest Pumpkin Pie.
