  • FDL Ukulele Club, 1 p.m. Saturday, May 4, at the Fond du Lac Public Library Idea Studio, 32 Sheboygan St. Informal, get-together for uke players of all ages and skill levels to learn songs, practice and share. Players are encouraged to bring their own instruments. There will be a limited number of ukes available to borrow during the meeting. Free. No registration.
  • Laptop Decals in Silhouette, 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, at the Fond du Lac Public Library Idea Studio, 32 Sheboygan St. For adults and teens 13 and older. Get badged on the Silhouette cutter and create a decal for a laptop you bring from home. Free. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, at the Calendar.
  • Carvey Inlay Key Chain, 6 p.m. Thursdays May 9 and May 23 at the Fond du Lac Public Library Idea Studio, 32 Sheboygan St. For adults and teens 13 and older. Two-part program. Learn the Carvey CNC cutter and use it to make a custom key chain. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, April 25, at the Calendar.
  • Laser-engraved Picture Frame, 6 p.m. Monday, May 20, at the Fond du Lac Public Library Idea Studio, 32 Sheboygan St.  Must be 18 or older. Use the laser cutter to make a custom picture frame. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 6, at the Calendar.
  • Custom Tote Bags, 6 p.m. Wednesdays May 22 and May 29 at the Fond du Lac Public Library Idea Studio, 32 Sheboygan St. For adults and teens 13 and older. A two-part class using the Idea Studio sewing machines and serger. Learn to make a tote bag of your own design and specifications. Must provide own fabric and notions; information and registration at the Calendar.
  • FDL Press Club, 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, at the Fond du Lac Public Library Idea Studio, 32 Sheboygan St. For adults and teens 13 and older. Meeting of a new club to explore printmaking techniques and hear from occasional guest speakers. No printmaking experience required. Free. No registration.
  • Create Your Own Lithophane, 6 p.m. Thursday, May 30, at the Fond du Lac Public Library Idea Studio, 32 Sheboygan St. For adults and teens 13 and older. Learn how to turn a photo into a 3-D object called a lithophane. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, May 16, at the Calendar.
