McLane Meeting Room (Lower Level):
- Reservations accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
- Seats up to 72
- Room setups available: Classroom, Empty, U-Shape, Banquet, Boardroom Hollow, Discussion, Modified Classroom, and Theater
- A fee of $10 will be charged for nonprofit, informal groups, and community organizations conducting meetings where no fee is charged for attending, no donation, or free-will offerings are requested, and nothing is sold. If there is a question regarding the nonprofit status of a group, the library reserves the right to request proof of federal nonprofit, 501(c)3, status.
- A fee of $50 will be charged for social gatherings (showers, birthdays, graduations, etc.), for commercial purposes, or any for-profit enterprise. A $50 fee will also be charged for any group that is collecting a fee, free-will offering, donation, solicitation, or sale is made. An additional $50 will be charged for meetings over 4 hours.
- Private parties and meetings held for commercial purposes are allowed only in the McLane Meeting Room. A commercial purpose is defined as selling, promoting, or advertising a product; providing personal services for a cost; or any other activity engaging in or relating to commerce. - A small kitchen area (with sink, refrigerator, and microwave) is available in the McLane Room for preparation of refreshments. Groups can bring in their own refreshments and are required to clean up after their event.
- Access to the room will not be allowed until all fees have been paid.
Community Meeting Room (Lower Level):
- Reservations accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
- Seats up to 20
- Private meetings are allowed, only if they are not being held for commercial purposes. Private parties are not allowed. (See Meeting Room Policy)
- Boardroom Hollow or Classroom setups available
Seefeld Conference Room (2nd floor)
- Reservations accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Seats up to 12
- Room available to any group at no charge
- Hours available: Regular operating hours of the library
- No food allowed in the Seefeld Conference Room
Shared Office Space (2nd floor)
- Reservations accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
- Seats up to 8
- Room available to any group at no charge
- Hours available: Regular operating hours of the library
Private study rooms (2nd floor):
- Five study rooms are available
- Study rooms are intended for studying, tutoring, remote learning or virtual meetings with your own devices.
- Study Room use is limited to 3 hours per day, per user/group
- Study rooms are equipped with a HEPA air filtration
- First-come, first-served
- Rooms are locked; visit Reference Desk to use if available
- Patrons must adhere to library policies while using study rooms. The use of tobacco, drugs, or alcohol is not allowed.
