Unable to come into the library due to illness, disability, or transportation but still would like to use our services? We have ways for you to use the library without coming in! The Fond du Lac Public Library provides home delivery of materials to patrons living within the city of Fond du Lac who are unable to visit the library in person. Let us bring the books, audiobooks, and music to you!
We also have book boxes that can be delivered to nursing homes through our Nursing Home Book Box program.
Homebound participants are matched with a volunteer by the library’s Homebound coordinator. Library material is selected by library staff based on the participant’s preferences.
Deliveries are made at every three weeks and can include up to 10 titles.
Fill out the application form and the Homebound Delivery Coordinator will contact you to match you with a volunteer. You can also stop in and pick up a paper copy of the application at the Circulation Desk.
The Homebound Delivery Service is available for library card-holding patrons located within the city of Fond du Lac who cannot physically come into the library. This includes:

Our Homebound Delivery Service is powered by dedicated volunteers who bring books and other materials directly to patrons who cannot visit the library.

The library maintains a sizeable collection of large print books. Nursing and care facilities are welcome to receive a collection of 20 or 40 large print books for a either two-month or three-month loan. Call (920) 322-3930 for more information.
