100 Books Before Graduation – Year Round
Sign up to win prizes, discover great books, and prepare for life after high school!
- Teens may register now to start their journey toward 100 Books Before Graduation.
- Register any time between 6th grade and your high school graduation.
- Receive prizes for every 10 books you read.
- Your only deadline is your graduation date.
- Any book you read counts toward your total, but you can unlock exclusive badges by reading books off our recommended reading lists.

Summer Reading Challenge:
Coming May 31!
Earn prizes and entries for grand prize baskets by tracking your reading all summer long – all while avoiding summer slide!
- Sign up any time after May 31 by visiting fdlpl.beanstack.org or visit any FDLPL branch (Downtown or Buechel Branch).
- Keep track of every 30 minutes you spend reading. There’s no reading list to work from; read what you want. Audiobooks count, too!
- Once you’ve completed 5 hours of reading, come collect a prize. You’ll earn something from our teens-only treasure chest and a coupon to someplace around town.
- Complete 20 hours of reading by August 17 and earn a free book!
